Spiritual sidekick is just what the name describes! It is for those days when you need a little more protection and cleansing, a spiritual sidekick. I wanted this blend to be something that represented scents that are extremely special to me and that I have been using for years. Of course I added my all time rockstar, Lavender! Along with rose and sage. This trio is the epitome of a spiritual sidekick and the power of three is always powerful. Spray daily and make sure you have your Spiritual Sidekick by your side!

Ingredients

Distilled Water

Sage • Sage is commonly used to rid yourself and your space of negativity. This includes past traumas, bad experiences, or negative energies from others.

Rose • Roses vibrate higher than any other plant or flower at around 320 megahertz. The rose has forever been connected to love and many goddesses like; Venus, Aphrodite and Hathor. Venus rules Libra and roses are perfect to honor both of them within this alchemy. For this batch I used pure white for a deep spiritual cleanse. Elevate energy and bring in all forms of love.

Lavender • The word lavender comes from the Latin root Lavāre which means ‘to wash’ as the Romans used it to scent their bath water. Utilizing lavender in this alchemy is a wonderful way to tap into spiritual hygiene and "wash" your energetic body. Lavender brings peace and calm but also can be used to cleanse your environment of negativity, and neutralize any stale, lingering bad vibes. This was added to quiet the mind and bring your physical body to a place of immense relaxation. It also aids in welcoming balance into your body, mind and spirit.
