All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking unless otherwise noted. Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, Eye Love Love is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Eye Love Love is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Eye Love Love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
