The word lavender comes from the Latin lavāre, meaning “to wash,” a nod to the Romans, who used it to scent their bath water. For me, spiritual hygiene is a modern way to “wash” our energetic bodies, just as we wash our physical ones. Growing up, my grandmother and mother would create baños (spiritual baths) for us every week, introducing me to the beauty and power of ritual cleansing. I am so honored to bring this energy forward, inspired by my maternal lineage, to help wash away negativity—whether it’s our own doubts or energies we may have unknowingly absorbed. Each day, our interactions with people, places, and experiences leave an imprint, making it essential to reset our energy fields and bodies through mindful cleansing. Please shake prior to each use as ingredients may settle, store out of direct sunlight in cool dark place is best. Careful when spraying this batch on white clothing or bedding as the color may cause staining.
