The word lavender comes from the Latin root Lavāre which means ‘to wash’ as the Romans used it to scent their bath water. Everything I create is done with much intention and spiritual hygiene is a way to "wash" our energetic bodies. Growing up my grandmother and mother would create baños (Baths) for us weekly. This was my introduction to ritual cleansing and I am elated to bring this energy from my maternal lineage to you. Lavāre is meant to wash away any negativity, negative thoughts, negativity sent to us, negativity that we may have picked up unknowingly. Each day our interactions with different people, places and things hold energy. It is good spiritual hygiene practice to reset our energy field and body with a deep cleanse.
Main ingredient is French lavender combined with bright beautiful premium grade dried sunflowers to fill all voids left behind with bright fresh energy like the sun. Part of a ritual is bringing in light much like the sunflowers. In honor of our solar plexus and energy of the bee a 6" beeswax candle is included. Light and set your intention on what you wish bring energy to and what needs to be cleared away. Life is all about balance and addressing the good and bad aspects. Making space by removing negativity and the things that do not serve us creating a void for bright new energy to fill.
Bath Salts are an excellent tool for relaxation, healing, and spiritual practices. Salt is the main component of a bath ritual and three are used in Lavāre. Bath salts are an excellent way to purify or empower yourself before sacred work, as part of meditation or affirmation work and most importantly relaxation of the body.
Lavender Epsom Salt • Clears your auric field, grounds your energy, brings you into the present moment, aids in relaxation, detoxification and aid in restoration after a traumatic event.
Dead Sea Salt • Dead sea salt is made up of sodium chloride with a high percentage of magnesium, sulfates, and potassium. The high mineral content aids with the cleansing and detoxification of the skin.
Pink Himalayan Salt • Aids in releasing that which is not serving your physical body. cleansing your energy field and removing energetic debris that is dulling not only your light but energy. Pink Himalayan salt also encourages a sense a peace, calm, detoxification and most importantly protection.
This mineral combines the energies of the sun, the earth, the stars, and the primordial sea.
