Ingredients
Lavender • Lavender immediately brings me calm and peace but also can be used to cleanse your environment of negativity, and neutralize any stale, lingering bad vibes. My lavender comes straight from Provence where the glorious lavender fields thrive. It is from a small family run lavender farm. Both dried and essential oil are used.
Rose • Roses have been a symbol of love and passion, the ancient Greeks and Romans associated roses with Aphrodite and Venus, goddess of love. Roses are perfect to describe a loving community, they also remind me of the heart. When I see a rose garden I immediately feel a rush of loving energy and want to bring it to you in this water. I use fresh roses with each batch along with rose essential oil. Remember spiritual love is always by your side.
Sage • Ethically sourced sage from California, a must have for any protective spray. Sage is commonly used to rid yourself and your space of negativity. This includes past traumas, bad experiences, or negative energies from others. My Spiritual Sidekick will assist in establishing a positive environment for meditation or other ritual work. Choosing to let go of negative thoughts in a ritual sets your intention and dedication to self-improvement. It is a beautiful way to change the mindset and bring in more positivity to your body, mind and spirit.
Epsom Salt • Clears your auric field, grounds your energy, brings you into the present moment, aids in relaxation, detoxification and aid in restoration after a traumatic event.
Dead Sea Salt • Dead sea salt is made up of sodium chloride with a high percentage of magnesium, sulfates, and potassium. The high mineral content aids with the cleansing and detoxification of the skin.
Pink Himalayan Salt • Aids in releasing that which is not serving your physical body. cleansing your energy field and removing energetic debris that is dulling not only your light but energy. Pink Himalayan salt also encourages a sense a peace, calm, detoxification and most importantly protection.
