Ingredients: Licorice Root, Nettle, Sage, Rose, Calendula and Rosemary.

Blended with herbs to help ground and connect you with your ancestral wisdom. The herbs for this blend were specifically chosen to offer loving support as you connect with those who came before and explore the depths of the knowledge that lives within you. It was blended under the New Moon with a little help from my own guides

To brew: Place 1-2 Tbsp into 8-10 oz of just boiled water. Steep for 15-20 minutes covered, strain & enjoy.
